Annual Stakeholders Information

Soar Corp has established a Performance Improvement Plan that outlines methodology for collecting and analyzing business and service delivery information in the domains of effectiveness, efficiency, satisfaction, and accessibility.  The data collected comes from a variety of sources including clients, staff, community partners and other stakeholders.  

A performance analysis of the data collected is conducted on an annual basis in order to:

• Identify areas needing performance improvement, 
• Develop recommendations to improve the quality of programs and services offered to clients being served.
